Once installed on a driver's smartphone, our smart parking app automatically calculates fees based on actual time spent in the lot, eliminating the need for tickets, cash, or manual fee stations.

The app also communicates directly with the parking infrastructure. As soon as a driver pulls into an open bay, the exact space is logged, and the location is sent straight to their phone, so there's never any doubt about where the car is parked.

Built on DKEE's patented technology, the system requires only a one-time app installation. From that point on, the driver can use it at any facility where our smart parking infrastructure is in place.

Beyond guiding drivers to available spaces, the mobile parking app also handles fee calculation, applies discount coupons, and offers a built-in find my car feature, consolidating several everyday parking tasks into a single, convenient tool.

When a driver enters a lot with the app active, the system identifies open spaces in real time and directs the driver to the nearest one, cutting down on the time spent circling for parking.

Upon exit, the app has already calculated the parking fee, letting drivers confirm the charge and their parking history before leaving the facility.
